We recently deleted Priya Anand, and this is more or less the same kind of thing. Dubbing artist with no notable awards (first link to "evidence" of notable award goes to another Wikipedia article while the next two are to youtube videos which do not qualify as independent), does not qualify as notable per any SSG, refs consist of evidence he did the things listed in the article rather than in-depth discussion of the subject per se, does not appear to meet the requirements of our WP:BLP policy.
