Article relies on a single source with no further information published since then. There is no way to improve the article from the current state, and the single source is naturally biased. I think this article violates possibly NPOV, but definitely WP:V (no way to verify, it's not in the released documents, or has been independently confirmed by anybody) and maybe notability.
