Keep. The term is certainly in use, so it should not be deleted. Does WP:GEOLAND really apply here? One problem is, that the term seems to be vaguely defined, or be used with slightly different meanings depending on context. I notice nom added a {{Merge}} in June 2015 suggesting Atlantic seaboard as the target for a merge, but Atlantic seaboard has been a redirect since 2010.
