Does not meet WP:NTOUR "Sources that merely establish that a tour happened are not sufficient to demonstrate notability." There are not adequate sources that analyze the tour ie critical reception/synopsis. Most are only an announcement that it occurred/was to occur. Information about the tour/TV special can be summarized in the background of the far more notable successor tour Merry Christmas One and All! and List of Mariah Carey live performances.
