Maya Vishwakarma

Seems to be in the news a little for her activism and educational work. But I think this fails WP:GNG. She is not an elected politician. Most of the articles say she moved from California to India. She works to provide menstrual hygiene education. "Vishwakarma’s campaign has come into the spotlight at a time when there is a buzz around the Bollywood movie Padman, set to hit theatres on February 9."
