Delete fails WP:GNG and fails guidelines for cricketers as well, no 1st class games either in England or Australia and his most notable achievements as a cricketer are for a club that doesnt fulfill the notability requirements... as a RE agent was the best possibility but again not sufficiently notable for that either though the couple of tv appearances would assist in establishing notability in the future should there be some significant occurance in the future. Delete - Looked like it had a possibility of a weak keep with better sourcing and stylistic rewrite, but the notability clearly isn't there and OTHER real estate agents named Matthew Gregory come up before this one when you search him.
