The subject, a music manager and businessman, does not appear to be independently notable. The article is supported mainly by sources which contain passing mentions of the subject, but are really about either the musical acts that he manages, or the business that he founded. It's possible that the business is notable, but I can't find the independent, secondary and reliable sources which would indicate that this subject is notable per WP:GNG.
