Article written primarily by what appear to be WP:SPAs on an LA lawyer and Catholic layman. Sources cited are either self-published or mention Albert in passing only. Some are completely unverifiable (citation for "He was the primary architect of the Archdiocese's landmark Report to the People of God..." is just a PDF of the document with no mention of Albert).
