  • Delete - This seems to be one of a number of similar reports produced by various real estate/property management groups in the Manhattan area, no particular notability; the reports themselves seem to be promotional and intended to seek business.   • Do Not Delete - If you google MNS rental market report you'll noticed hundreds of examples of actual real world use over the last 8 years. The data has been sourced by the NY Times, NY Daily News, NY Post, AMNY, The Real Deal, Curbed, etc. The data is extremely valuable and worthwhile, as well as free for public consumption.
