Soft keep My analysis of the current sources is as follows:

Tulane Archives - Notable and useful

Newspapers.com AND Newspapers.com2 AND Newspapers.com3 - I cannot see. If the article is actually about the subject, it could be useful

Google Books - I could not open this source

"New Orleans Cuisine" - Seems like this could be a decent mention. I can only see one page on Google Books, but the mention seems to surpass triviality.

Baltimore Sun - Obituary, routine news coverage. Does not confer notability, most people have an obituary.

WWNO - Some okay coverage

So far, the sources as provided convince me to give a soft keep. I couldn't find anything else on my 19 page google search, but I think the sources as provided just push the subject over the edge into notability. Ikjbagl (talk) 06:28, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
