Unclear notability. The subject has been one of Joint Secretaries (whatever it may mean) of a large political party in India and also one of the leaders of its youth wing. Delete His bio in party website says nothing extraordinary about him, [1] [2]. No major public post held. Found some minor coverage [3] [4] Lack of detailed coverage so he fails WP:GNG and not won elections so he fails WP:NPOL.
