- Keep - He's compiled, and written, many music chart reference works over at least four decades. A quick Google search reveals articles and/or reviews of his work in the Los Angeles Times, Rolling Stone, Village Voice... Caro7200 (talk) 15:24, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
- Keep – He is a significant authority on music publishing and his works are widely cited, including in hundreds of articles on Wikipedia. Billboard calls him "legendary". -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 07:32, 11 December 2020 (UTC)
