Comment. It's been a very long time since I worked on that article. But something weird happened in the history. The article was originally about a Chinese rights organization; then it was edited to be about an apparently Ukranian organization of the same name! Delete Unlike for the Chinese organization, I could not find any sources that show that the Ukranian organization is notable. After the Ukranian article is deleted, please move Institute of Democratic Society (China) back to Institute of Democratic Society, the base title discussed here.
