Delete I've lived in the southeastern United States for a couple of decades, but I've never seen this on a menu or in any publications. OK, an online search finds it on some menus, but not enough to establish notability. It's not in the Wikibooks Cookbook, either, but that would be a more appropriate place. Jack N.
