Hodson Hall

A single dormitory at Indiana Wesleyan University. It's definitely possible for some dormitories to be notable (e.g. Elliott and Stoddard Halls), but there's no evidence that Hodson is notable. Almost the entire article consists of trivia only interesting to residents, and the few exceptions are still not enough for notability. Additionally, no references are present, except for a few sources that deal with topics not directly related to the dorm: overall, there are no references that specifically cover the dorm in depth. Delete Most college dormitories are not notable. The ones that are are usually notable for their architecture (as for any other building) , and very occasionally, because of their being a major longs-standing constituent of a famous university with multiple famous residents; in either case, there will be good third party sources. The present article is neither. It has no particular architectural distinction, judging by the articles, and was only built in 1996 , with no Wikipedia-notable residents listed in the article. The content is proof of non-notability: a paragraph of PR about the donors, an paragraph about the religious significance of building in the shape of a T, a list of the various masters and resident advisors, none of whom are notable , and then a long discussion of all the dormitory water fights and similarly significant events. None of this is of any possible interest to anyone outside the University--most is of even more limited significance, because only those dorm residents immediately concerned will care about the timing of the intramural competitions to do the most push-ups. Merge / Redirect to Indiana Wesleyan University There is no evidence that the building itself is independently notable. There's very little here that's worth keeping, but the details regarding some of the historical details might be extracted to the university article.
