The article looks like an essay with no connection to the rest of Wikipedia. Not like an encyclopedic article. The topic is more like a summary of scientific results on return on education in Minnesota. One would expect something like an overview of higher education instutitions in Minnesota from this article, but that is already served in List of colleges and universities in Minnesota. bender235 (talk) 10:41, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • 'Delete' Appears to be academic in nature and not encyclopedic. It appears to present facts and findings that would lead to further research or action. It's basically a short term paper and not an informational article. Chris Moore (talk) 11:12, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete This article clearly is an essay or research paper, as it even says that this is researching a topic and presents the research methods. It presents arguments and theories with some facts and references around them. The article's topic may be a good, useful one, but this version is clearly just someone's research on particular topics and questions better suited for a journal than an encyclopedia. • Delete This is an essay, not an article, and Wikipedia isn't the place for that. Novusuna talk 22:28, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
