Why is the delete tag added to this article?

@Owais Bin Elias: My sole involvement thus far has been to restore the Articles for deletion (AfD) template to the article after it was inappropriately removed (diff). Once an article is being discussed at AfD, the template should not be removed until the dicussion is closed. Owais Bin Elias Brother Wikipedia adheres the rules, although Habibur Rahman Mesbah is popular in Bangladesh and the references given by the Article for verification are unreliable.
