HSE Faculty of Sociology

Individual academic departments are not notable. Especially not a university department which boasts that 20% of its faculty have higher degrees from outside Russia and treats this as a sign of high quality, but offers no other indication of quality whatsoever. And, not surprisingly, there are no significant third party references.

Delete: Fails to meet the guidelines on when an individual department may be notable. The references are effective listings but not evidence of notability through 3rd party reliable sources (the text at the Eastern European University Association reference includes the word "our", indicating it is primary-sourced). The article text itself befits the prospectus material for potential students that one would expect on an institution's own website but not an encyclopaedia.
