Appears to be an individual who does not meet basic notability criteria per WP:BIO. Further, they do not meet the notability criteria for creative professionals per WP:CREATIVE. Lots of original research, some of it attributed to the person's personal website, some of it unsourced. Depth and breadth of coverage does not seem substantial – many of the sources listed appear to be questionable, and the few reliable sources are not covering the individual but are quoting him on a topic other than himself (for instance, the New York Times article quotes Gerard on why he attended a particular concert.)
