First off, he does not pass the notability guidelines for actors. As the opening paragraph admits all of his roles were minor. This kills almost all chances of passing actor notability, and there is not coverage of him as an actor to overcome that. Then we turn to the sources. The first is IMDb, which is both meant to be exhasutive while Wikipedia is not, and is not a reliable source. The other is a wiki devoted to Star Trek, which is even less a reliable source.
