Delete as a POV, OR, SYNTH, SOAP, essay/blog. It's pretty much axiomatically true that poorer people tend to live in the less salubrious parts of town - there's nothing particularly remarkable about the same phenomenon occurring in Boston. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 14:48, 25 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Delete - POV title. That there has been pollution or environmental shenanigans in a place does not necessarily imply the overarching thesis of this original essay. Perhaps if there were coverage akin to Love Canal about systemic abuse, then some sort of NPOV title could be hammered out and the subject approached, but this ain't it.
