Comment - before this article was nominated for deletion, a source from Welt in the External links section references the book: Kiel bekommt ein Denkmal für den umstrittenen Zaren Peter III. (21.02.2014) "„Peter III war ein progressiver Herrscher, der durch wirtschaftliche und soziale Reformen das feudale Russland aus seiner mittelalterlicher Starre in die Moderne bringen wollte“, sagt die Journalistin Elena Palmer. Am Rande: Auf Basis ihres Buches „Peter III." (Google translate: "“Peter III was a progressive ruler who wanted to bring feudal Russia out of its medieval rigidity into the modern age through economic and social reforms,” says journalist Elena Palmer. Comment - there is also a section on the article talk page opened in 2020 with a list of suggested sources, including Volksstimme (17.06.2014), mentioning "Um diese jüngste Bewertung des Zaren aus Kiel hat sich vor allem die Autorin Elena Palmer mit ihrem Buch "Peter III. Der Prinz von Holstein" verdient gemacht." (Google translate: The author Elena Palmer made a great contribution to this latest assessment of the Tsar from Kiel with her book “Peter III.
