This seems to be a bit of somebody's family history. There's really no indication here at all of notability by our standards. Most of the material is unsourced, and most of the rest of it is not supported by the sources cited – she is not mentioned in either this source or this one, for example. She appears to have been born, to have married, and to have died – but neither her date of birth nor her date of death is sourced; there's no source even for the name used as the page title.
