Dr. Wiley's page has one reference from a reliable source that is not selfpublished or Resume like. This one reference does not establish notability. Spent some time looking him up in search engines and did not find anything beyond what you would find for any Medical Doctor. VViking_TalkEdits 17:20, 22 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I am also nominating the following related pages because this article about Dr. Willey's Exertion scale produces zero hits on a google search.

Delete both. As a physician and author, the individual fails all the relevant notability guidelines at WP:BIO due to lack of coverage in secondary reliable sources independent of the subject. His scale also fails WP:GNG for the same reason. This all seems highly promotional.
