Article was deleted in October 2020. Still fails WP:GNG and WP:ENTERTAINER at this time and only known for being a housemate in Big Brother Season 5 where she was the first runner-up. SailingInABathTub, the subject of the article is only known for being the runner-up in Big Brother Season 5. The coverage you talked about is only relating to the show and nothing further. Normally, the winner of the show only gets an article created about them in the case of Laycon who actually won the show. The subject of the article at this time fails WP:ANYBIO. SailingInABathTub, no, they fail WP:BASIC as they're only known for a single event which they fail to win. WP:BASIC says People who meet the basic criteria may be considered notable without meeting the additional criteria below. Articles may still not be created for such people if they fall under exclusionary criteria, such as being notable only for a single event, or such as those listed in Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. Keep - There's clearly demonstrated coverage for Big Brother (don't think anyone's debating that) but there's also (albeit very recent) coverage of her launching a lingerie brand (ie. [1], [2], or [3]) making it not 1 event. These sources mention that she was on BBNaija, but it would be bad journalism not to because it's important to give your reader context.
