Delete. Inadequately sourced WP:BLP, created by User:DaveDennisGov in defiance of WP:AUTOBIO, of a person whose only discernible claim of notability is as a non-winning candidate in a party primary. This is not something that gets a person a Wikipedia article in and of itself, but the substance and sourcing here is not demonstrating that he has sufficient preexisting notability for his business career.
