No notability asserted. Sources are all about Alfred E. Neuman and only passingly mention the term "cowznofski". WP:BEFORE yielded only superficial mentions in the context of other things. Previous two AFDs a decade ago were all over the map, with almost everyone pulling in a different direction and no consensus forming even after a relist.
