The topic does not seem to meet the notability requirement as explained by WP:GNG and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (software) guideline. Existing sources suggest that it is discussed only by its creators , in book chapters published by their employee (university); essentially self-published (I have a chapter published by a similar Polish university, and I know how that system works... for those kind of topics and low-key university presses, it is essentially self-publishing).
