Notability claimed is from winning one minor pageant - that may make it WP:1E, but otherwise, while there is no specific notability guidelines for beauty pageant winners, see this discussion: Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Beauty Pageants#Notability guidelines or WP:NMODEL.
