I cannot find enough in-depth, independent coverage about this organization to verify the information in this article. I only found some scattered references. The link to the website is dead. This, added to the already existent issues, prompts me request a deletion discussion. Either someone comes up with a couple of useful references to improve the article or else it should be deleted.
