  • Delete -- The customary term is buyer's agent. The article is not ready for prime time. In the real world, a single reference from HUD is not enough. The law of agency and real property requires a much deeper exposition. Rhadow (talk) 19:41, 4 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Buyer's agent exists as a redirect to Buyer brokerage, I see. The omission of the apostrophe would seem to be a reasonable typo for a search term, no? Should we simply redirect? Shawn in Montreal (talk) 21:38, 4 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
