The situation is somewhat similar to WP:CSD#A9: there is no claim of importance for this book of poetry and we can't redirect to the article on the author since that article (Javaid Anwar) was deleted once as A7, once at AfD (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Javaid Anwar) once as G4, and ultimately salted.
