The result was keep. Hardly overwhelming, but consensus is to keep.Mojo Hand (talk) 05:38, 4 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. There were sufficient online articles discussing her brand. She has also been commissioned by well known cellist Natalie Clein to personally design and hand-paint her cello. Her work was used in Clein's concerts most notably at the Wallace Collection, a famous museum in London. She has been featured in The Telegraph and The Observer Magazine in the the UK and if you check the press section (http://www.loveannajames.com/press.html) of her website she and her works have been featured in several major international art, fashion and interior design magazines (click individually for content) like Elle, Vogue, Architectural Digest and Glamour to name a few. Her most notable works are the commissioned hand-painted cello and the Romeo+Juliet dresser.Skylar Jean (talk) 11:42, 28 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak keep - the current article is very poor, cited to a hotchpotch of blogs and unreliable websites. A 2012 Evening Standard article misnames her(?) as Anne Jones! However, as Skylar Jean says, the press section of her website indicates she has been featured in a number of hard copy magazines. These need to be added to the article (though to argue she's notable because a cello she's painted as been used in a concert is farcical).
Article also needs renaming because, as someone has pointed out, it was incorrectly created by pasting on top of a disambiguation page in September 2013. Sionk (talk) 21:55, 28 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Comment The misnaming was certainly a clerical error and she is known for transforming antique furniture into contemporary art. The cello was just an example. International press recognition and past exhibitions were already added with additional sources. Article should be renamed "Anna James (artist)", other than that this inquiry is settled and the article should be KEPT.Skylar Jean (talk) 10:19, 30 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak keep The majority of the sources are mere mentions, there are plenty of fabulous artisans who have their work merely mentioned in major publications. If this article can be expanded to include more significant coverage (not just mere mentions) and remove the primary sources, there is potential for keep beyond this deletion discussion (aka not being nominated again). And as we all know, having a relationship with a handsome actor doesn't make one inherently notable :) SarahStierch (talk) 18:07, 30 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
