Thatcher we have articles on several people with vaguely similar last names inclyeding Alexsandro de Souza, Marcelo Moretto de Souza, Adelaide Filleul, Marquise de Souza-Botelho, Edward de Souza, Steven E. de Souza, etc. Are you certain this isn't why the name seems familiar to you?
