Seemingly WP:NN individual failing WP:GNG, WP:DIPLOMAT as a mid-level civil servant and WP:ACADEMIC. Article created days after subject's death by an obvious WP:COI editor. Toddst1 (talk) 17:01, 18 January 2017 (UTC)
