  • delete The reference supplied by Doncram above picks out this preschool as simply one of many caught up in budgetary cutbacks. I haven't seen anything that singles out this one as particularly special even in NYC itself, much less worldwide. Indeed, it is hard to find anything in the thicket of the usual directory and on-line review hits which nearly any such institution is covered by. If there were real notability here it wouldn't be so hard to find traces of it; as it is, there's no hint in the article that there's anything about it which would attract unusual notice.
