Non-notable mayoral election in a small suburb of San Diego. Article does not meet WP:GNG or WP:EVENTCRIT. There is routine mill coverage all local elections have in a major media market, but nothing that demonstrates notability. There is no page for the Mayor of La Mesa (not notable) and I don't think merging the content into La Mesa would be a good fit.
