You are now using a username ChazMclopez and you seem to think I am supposed to not believe you are the player or closely related to the player in question? Kindly provide *verifiable* (i.e. independently sourced) links. NFT and Transfermkt are not reliable sources - frankly anyone can get stuff added to those, and then those were used as the initial source for the wikipedia article. I have now found evidence that this player has named on the bench (and may have played) for one match for Braintree Town in an August 2020 pre-season friendly and have added it. This is the way wikipedia works - sources are needed - and sources have been provided for all of the entries - not my opinion. 11:05, 13 February 2022 (UTC)

Where are you getting your so called evidence from a Wrexham fan page that is not a reliable source that is fan option. There is NFT and transfermarkt. This player is also not a Prestatyn Town F.C signing more incorrect information. ChazMclopez: - (1) The Wrexham stuff has been removed and not re-added (2) Transfermarkt are not considered acceptable sources by the Wikipedia community see List of acceptable football sources and also noted at the bottom of that page explicitly that this is not to be used for Wikipedia articles as it can be user-generated. (3) Braintree is added in the text of the current article as I can find evidence of a pre-season friendly in 2020. The infobox does not cover pre-season friendlies - if there is evidence that the player played in a *competitive game* for the club please do provide with citation for evidence. (4) The provided link says the Player signed for Prestatyn and it was also covered by Grassroots North Wales and Roscoe commented on the signing on twitter and also that the player failed to make the friendly match. As you will see the article says he was announced as signed which is correct and sourced. (5) The other clubs - Besa Kavaje, FC Besa, Järve, Port Vale and Ebbsfleet United, people have looked for acceptable sources and failed. You have been asked by numerous people to provide ACTUAL evidence that this player has played for those clubs. NFT is not evidence, neither is Transfermkt. Grassroots North Wales simply reported claims of these clubs. If you can provide any independent news evidence via match reports from the internet, twitter etc I will believe that this player has turned out for any of these clubs. I have searched for evidence to include in the article and I can find NOTHING on playing competitive games for these clubs. That's why I keep deleting the claims. There is no evidence that shows that Charley McMillan-Lopez has played a competitive game for those clubs you have put down. Also you can't say anything about Prestatyn if he didn't play for them or Braintree town fc. So if it has to be independent news from only the Internet there shouldn't be any clubs there but the BVI national team. No-one said Twitter was independent news, but clearly if (club x) included a link to a match report on their official Twitter account that a player had turned out for them in a competitive game, then this would act as evidence. A link is included for the player being on the bench for an FA Cup tie for Ashford, so that is good enough for me for evidence that he was in the squad for that match. Also the fact that East Thurrock United's official website had a profile for him on their website shows he was with them for at least a while - although there's no evidence he played in a game for them from my look around the website. In terms of Prestatyn Town the club clearly announced him as a new signing (see reference). The fact that he could not find his way to their ground to play the match was also reported by the manager (see reference) The thing you seem to be missing is that there is no equivalent evidence for any time at any of the other clubs like Port Vale, Ebbsfleet and the Albanian, Kosovan and Estonian club websites or any press/ match reports to confirm time with these clubs. Charley McMillan-López dosent say anywhere he played official game for Ashford untied or East thurrock untied. News about Prestatyn the only thing I saw was the official signing of him also in your link. But he hasn't played for them too. This player hasn't played for those clubs you have put there. Should remove them because there is no proof he has turned out for any of those clubs. The article no longer has him listed as a Prestatyn Town player in the infobox clubs, just reports that the club announced he would be joining them and that he eventually did not. These are sourced and hence should stay. Ashford's website show him as a substitute for an FA Cup game - an official match report shows his name and he also was featured in another pre-season friendly as a non-official match as 'Charlie Lopez' Match report so that should also stay. I don't have strong views over keeping the East Thurrock one as no evidence of him playing for him beyond why would East Thurrock have a player profile if they did not at some point consider him a squad member for the club 14:35, 4 April 2022 (UTC)

Sorry to revert your edit, but if a league has finished, please update the final positions at {{English football updater}} so all the league is done in one go (and in a consistent format). I only did that club - I did note the updater but no idea how it works - so any advice would be welcome as would be keen to add to the Welsh leagues as I have manually done all of those last season! Sorry for messing that club up. I would start a separate one for the Welsh leagues rather than adding them to the English one, which is massive.

In terms of how it works, there are three bits of info for each club. When I set it up, I gave an eight-letter identifier for each club, so for example, you could have the below (the | separates each of the three bits of info.

| ColwynBa = [[Cymru North]] | ColwynBa2 = [[2021–22 Cymru North|2021–22]] | ColwynBa3 = [[Cymru North]], 3rd of 15

Then in the club article infobox, you add {{Welsh football updater|ColwynBa}} in the league parameter, {{Welsh football updater|ColwynBa2}} in the season parameter and {{Welsh football updater|ColwynBa3}} in the position parameter, and it shows the matching information from the updater.

In the English system, contracts end on 30 June (so players leave clubs on that date) and begin on 1 July (so players join new clubs on that date). Please wait until those dates before editing. GiantSnowman 08:09, 22 May 2022 (UTC)
