Yigit Eryildiz, (born on March 29, 1988) is a Turkish, American Soccer player

College[edit]

Yigit, born in Istanbul, later attended Walt Whitman High School, and played club soccer for HBC soccer club, leading team to State Cup titles at U-12 and U-14 division, before going on to play four years of college soccer at New York Institute of Technology. Yigit finished his college career with 7 goals and 13 assist in 18 games. During his summer seasons he starred with the Galatasaray USA.

Semi Professional[edit]

After graduating college, Yigit traveled to different teams for a new contract/opportunity.

Yigit signed his first semi professional licence in 2011 when he was signed by Galatasaray USA of the Cosmopolitan Soccer League. He made his debut on March 9, 2011 in Randall's Island against Manhattan Kickers with a first win 2-1.

Yigit signed with expansion side Fenerbahce USA of the Cosmopolitan Soccer League on Nov 21, 2013. FB USA finished the 2012 season as Cosmopolitan Regular Season Champions, Losing in the playoff semifinals to NY Pancyprian .

After another successful campaign Yigit was considering several offers when playing for Panathinaikos F.C. usa was presented. In 2014 Yigit helped Panatha F.C make a run towards the finals of Long Island Football League and go up a Division.
