Confused

I recently joined wikipedia. And to my suprise i was banned. I checked the reason and it said socking. when i looked up what it meant it confused me. "A sock puppet is a false online identity used for deceptive purposes. this is my first account and my first experience with editing wikipedia. i dont see that ive broken any rules. which is why im requesting for this block to be reviewed. @Yamla:
