Our policy on biographies of living people means that you must not insert derogatory aterial like that. Do not do it again. Thanks, Guy (Help!) 20:53, 20 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nick names are given and not picked. He is called Urkel and that is what his wiki page should reflect

Request reason:

Please provide a link that has the guidelines for nicknames. Unless you can do that, you have no right to decide what is defamation and not. Thanks.

Decline reason:

I reviewed the source you provided, which is about a website that compared him to Urkel, to which he took umbrage. There is no mention of it being his nickname. Adding it as his nickname on this page, especially after having provided that source, seems like little more than a malicious attempt to continue upsetting him. We don't do that here, and you can stay blocked. — Daniel Case (talk) 04:00, 29 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Please see the biographies of living persons policy. In such articles, any contested material can (and frequently should) be removed unless reliably sourced; as far as I can tell, the source you provided makes no mention of the word "Urkel." Looks like this isn't the first time this dispute has come up, either. Are you prepared to use talk pages and/or the dispute resolution process to seek consensus, if unblocked? – Luna Santin (talk) 03:55, 29 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
