Edits to Wikipedia talk:Your first article

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Wikipedia talk:Your first article, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. FlowerpotmaN·(t) 22:55, 9 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Advertising

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles. Advertising, and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox", is strongly discouraged. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. --Icarus (Hi!) 03:04, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add commercial material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you. --Icarus (Hi!) 20:04, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of "Sonasoft"

A page you created, Sonasoft, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is a blatant copyright infringement.

You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Thank you. RJaguar3 | u | t 18:57, 11 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Sonasoft, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of Sonasoft and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Russ (talk) 18:09, 19 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
