I saw the change you have made to Hereditary Education Policy. It was the critics who called it as kula kalvi thittam (as the article explans later). I believe now everyone calls it as kula kalvi thittam - even defenders of rajaji use it as the identifier. so use of "popularly" seems more appropriate. For now i am leaving it as such.
