Hi, GSS ! I'm not a paid editor and I developed the page out of curiosity. Spencer Charnas is a famous musician and notable for the Ice Nine Kills band and his music. There is no doubt about his notability. I know some HTML coding and I developed the page because I wish to contribute Wikipedia. Also, I'm disappointed to see the way you treat and suppress new Wikipedia users discouraging them from editing and and creating new pages as it is allowed by Wikipedia. I took my time to read Wikipedia policy before starting my account and I know that the experienced editors are supposed to assume good faith for the novices' first edits. So, unless you have any specific issues with me, I'll go ahead and submit the draft via Wikipedia Draft Review System for the review of the experienced editors. I don't know, maybe I was too quick?
