Proposed deletion of William Clark Newlon

The article William Clark Newlon has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced, fails to demonstrate notability, and unlikely to satisfy WP:BIO, and WP:N. Finally, the bare footnotes indicate that it has probably been copied from somewhere
