Hi TeamIsotopes - this is an excellent start. It's clearly written and well-formatted. I have two small pieces of feedback. The first is you may want to consider adding a sentence in the lead detailing the focus of Rickaby's research. The second is to consider if there are any external links (a link to her research group for example, or if there are any other links associated with her research). Awesome first article!
