Moving/renaming Slavery in Latin America

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. While it is often recommended to be bold, it is policy on wikipedia to work with other editors and seek consensus. It may be appropriate to change the name of the article, Slavery in Latin America, but generally a significant page move is discussed before it is made. Further, a summary of "i like the old one" as you used for your self-revert seems a bit odd. Move reasons are generally due to manual of style issues, an obvious error in the original name, or the result of a discussion, not of the whims of an editor. Thank you for considering my message and again, welcome to wikipedia. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. All the best, Smmurphy(Talk) 02:23, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I agree and am wondering why you even did it. Are you under the impression that all of Latin America was Spanish? Doug Weller talk 11:08, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
