Tier can be used for more then just fighting games. The medical industry uses tiers to describe their formulary (which has no article).

I agree. Tier is a word with a meaning, and it appears that what it means in video games is not any different from the normal meaning. This article serves no purpose. Piet 14:38, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
