Hi, many thanks for your good intention to improve Wikipedia's yoga articles.

However, the encyclopedia depends on using reliable sources, and blogs are not considered reliable. Suitable sources are textbooks and academic journal articles, for example. All the best, Chiswick Chap (talk) 12:29, 22 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
