The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. Hello, the quickest way to avoid deletion is to add reliable sources (ie, not self published sources/blogs/press releases) about the person in question to the article. Since 2010 it has been a very firm Wikipedia policy that any article about a living person must be referenced or at least supported by a citation. It's fine if the sources aren't in English as long as they pass the WP:Reliable source test. That's why there is a grace period of seven days given from the proposed deletion date, so that there is enough warning and opportunity to fix it. Mabalu (talk) 21:43, 10 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
